Caffeinated Christmas Card Challenges #49

Hey guys I'm on on the blogger playing along with the Caffeinated Christmas Card Challenge #49.  Click here to see the rules and the fun prize this month!

This card was pretty quick and easy... I used a sketch from a challenge over on SBC so it came together pretty fast.

I started off with a Bear die from Stampendous!  These are so cute!  I don't know if they are still available but here is a link to check them out.  Cuteness overload!!

After die cutting, stamping and adding that cute bow I reached into my stash for some paper and found this great paper from Brass & Bliss.  I mean coffee/hot cocoa anyone?  This paper pack is called JAVA GOOD TIME and it is one of my favs.  I used it for my base and added a cream colored backing just to make it pop.

I reached DEEP into my scraps and found some shinny metallic and some snow flake papers and backed them with the same cream colored paper to make the pop and then added a black piece at about 1 1/2" and backed the with the same cream colored paper. I also had the WARM WISHES sentiment in my stash that went perfect with the metallic card stock in the background.

I adhered it all together and then found that cute little mug of hot cocoa and stamped and used my Spectrum Noir markers to try and match the color of that metallic paper.  I have a die set from Creative Expressions called Stitched Collection Christmas Characters.  I used the wall hanger and used a die from my stacked square dies to make the WARM WISHES sign.

Well that was pretty simple and easy.  I hope you join the challenge with me.

Have a crafty day!

Kimberly
